Edgie, uncomfortable, brilliant
Great movie - if you can handle watching a loser have his day in the sun - at the expense of a winner. Jerry Lewis was brilliant -- I never had any respect for the guy before this film. I wish he had done more serious roles. Finally - the soundtrack -- a great compillation... have tried to find it since... Nowhere to be found..

A great movie. A great Jerry Lewis!
This film is a monument to the only one "king of comedy" Jerry Lewis. DeNiro is ok and Scorsese make his masterpiece!
